4.5 After placing an order, it’s the responsibility of customers to accept the delivery. NovaGyan reserves right to take appropriate action against you if the delivery is not picked up without prior notification.

5.3 Refunds will be processed to the original payment method after the returned product has been inspected.

If no amicable settlement is reached, the dispute shall be referred to the District Court with jurisdiction over the matter.
